Yep subbing really is the most reliable way to go. Just practice a little and it works great.

Thanks for all the help guys, got the call today . I got the job as long as i pass the piss test on friday, and today is monday. I quit smoking about 10 days ago. BUT, i ran into a little problem. I planned on subbing but just realized i will need to get a physical and a TB test the same time, at the same place as my drug test. So im guessing they will put me in a hospital gown before so subbing is not going to work. I've just about come to the conclusion im screwed. Im going to try to just drink a bunch of gatorade and take some b 12 , as i see this my only option left. Thanks again for everything so far, and if you had any more suggestions i would be more then happy to hear them.

I smoked about 5 puffs or less on May 7th. I have my drug test tomorrow. I am 5'4 and weigh 117 pounds, and I have a high metabolism rate. That is like the 3rd time I have ever smoked but never smoked after May 7th. I've been drinking lots of water. Will I pass my test. It is a urine test
