i been thinkin about those topsy turvey tomatoe growing deals any one ever try it i mean on like bud? any one think it would work at all?

a gardening radio show I listen to on weekends, was discussing those 'upside-down' tomato growers recently ... they completely ridiculed them, said nothing but problems ... personally, I don't think much of the idea, falls into the 'gimmick' category (anything to make a buck) :jointsmile:

there was a hydro company not 2 long ago marketing the same concept.hmmm never heard of them since.

I got one for tomatoes. The plant wants to grow up so it's all bent trying to get it's self to point up. Not sure about it so far. Time will tell.

my grandma got like 6 of em and gave my mom one shes got some cherry tomatoes growin. i mean there has to be atleast some kinda pros to em even tho its got alot of cons

We have one . The kids love it. I have been joking that We will grow all the weed like that next year. The best part is you don't have to stake the plants up. LOL
