    UA on Monday - HELP!

    Hello,

    I hope everyone is doing alright.

    I am in a tight situation so any advice would be appreciated. I know this is kind of long so please bear with me.

    I have screening for a medical study on Monday and will have abstained for 10 days.

    Since last Friday I have been taking Herbal Clean Premium Detox and will have taken it for 7 days as of tomorrow.

    I have heard, since then, that it is useless ;[

    The reason I wanted to take that is that they also have a very sensitive cotinine test and I need to pass that as well.

    This lab is very thorough and may even test blood.

    Anyway, I tested myself today (have also been exercising, eating vegetable, taking extra b-vitamins) using the mid-stream portion of the 2nd piss of the day.

    The test came back with an exceedingly faint line so I have some hope...

    The problem is that, based on this lab (not worth going into details), substitution would be impossible.

    Also, dilution too much would also be caught by these people. They are that good and I have heard them talk about "neon yellow" piss and people they have caught.

    So...my long winded question is, do you think I can dilute just slightly on the day of the test?

    They will be making people sit in a waiting room from 7-10 AM with no bathroom (I think to monitor how often they urinate) so I can't start diluting until I get in at 10AM. I am thinking of running right to the bathroom and just downing 2 quarts of water.

    The other problem is that one week later, if I do get in the study, they will be taking the first piss of the day when we wake up so I will have one week after screening before the study starts to rid the rest of the THC from my body.

    So here are my questions:
    1. How much water do you think I can take to dilute some without requiring b-vitamins and creatine supplementation? Will 2 quarts right before the test still require this? I am thinking of drinking 2 quarts at like 3 AM (so most of my pissing is done by 7AM) and then another 2 quarts at 10AM for a 12 noon or so UA. Will this strategy demand the creatine and the vitamins? Can I just drink less water?

    2. Won't they pick up on the creatine in the urine? I have heard that it, along with raising levels in the body, is actually detectable in the urine...

    3. I have three days before the test. What should my diet be? All fat?

    4. Can I take a multivitamin the night before or should I take a b-complex? The labs techs have said that neon yellow is a red flag for them.

    5. If I do pass, what can I do for the next week before the study starts to cleanse my system of this? Just exercise my ass off for 5 days and then rest?

    Most importantly I am wondering how to partially dilute without having to use creatine or b-vitamins the day of yet without showing a dilute sample...

    I realize that these are a lot of questions but I really need this money and am hoping you can provide some advice.

    The cotinine test is just to test for nicotene use so that should be no big deal unless you are a heavy tabacco smoker.
    1: Stop drinking lots of water now. Just drink a normal amount. I would drink about 28 ounces of gatorade the morning of the UA. Pickup some creatine supplements at walmart.Thy're cheap. Take some B complex vitamins the morning of the UA. Be careeful to not take too much. You might want to experiment with the B complex abd see how much it takes to color your urine.
    2:They test for creatine levels which is why you either take some craetine or load up on red meat 3 or 4 days before the UA.
    3: Yes fat and red meat.
    4:B complex. I'd experiment with it today to see how much just lightly colors your urine.
    5:Yep just exercise and a high fiber diet with metamucil. Stop exercising 2 or 3 days before your nest UA and switch to fat again.
