First Grow Need Info

I am ready to go 12/12. I am using a bubble hydro system.
I am going to completely drain the tub tomorrow. I am changing my nutes to flower and changing to two 200watt equivalent florescent coiled flowering lights in reflectors to flower. 12 hours of to total dark is not a problem for it is set up in a small closet with a door that locks out all light sources. I only have 2 plants growing and I want to take some clones in case they are girls. Is it OK to do w/o plastic toothpicks? Is it too late to do it now?

Is there anything else that I should do? Are my plans correct?

I don't know what you mean by plastic tooth pics, but you can clone till about 2 weeks into flower.
