A couple questions about Quick Fix...please help me be able to sleep tonight
1st time poster. Lots of great info on the board.
I have a test coming up and I'm planning on using Quick Fix for the first time. I had a couple questions I was hoping someone who has used the product can answer.
1) Once you heat the QF and rubber band the heat pack around it...will the QF stay at the required temp? I'm freaking out that when I go to pour it in the container it's going to be like 85 degrees or something.
2) On their site they say something about the QF may settle and to shake it before pouring it in. My question on this is, the drug testing place sends the speciman off to a lab...wouldn't the QF again settle during this time making it obvious it's fake?
Please help calm my nerves as I haven't smoked since Sunday, before planning to use Xxtra Clean (which I don't know too many people that have had luck with). My nerves are on edge and the stress of this test and uncertainty of the product isn't helping.
Thanks in advance for the help.DoobieDoobieDo Reviewed by DoobieDoobieDo on . A couple questions about Quick Fix...please help me be able to sleep tonight 1st time poster. Ive used the QF many times in which the sample had to be shipped out for analysis. No problems at all.
Ive conducted numerous home validity tests on QF batches that Ive forgotten to shake up prior to testing. The creatinine, pH, and specific gravity were still within satisfactory ranges.
Once the QF is preheated, and the heatpak activated and banded to the bottle, the QF will stay at temp for over 6 hours. To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html

love my quickfix!
you should practice (i practiced with water) keeping the temp for as long as you'll need to keep it warm... (estimate time from house to testing site..etc)
get the water to 100+ degrees and then stash it. go watch tv or whatever and then test the temperature every half hour. when you are comfortable that you can give a sample around 96 degrees, you'll be ready to sub!
