might be a ph issue. the first thing i'd do is add a bit more soil to the cup, you
want about an inch from the rim of the pot to the base of the plant.

then i'd run some ph'ed water through to flush it a bit.

in truth, they look pretty healthy so i wouldn't be too worried if i were you,
    remember, it's a weed.

ive been using distilled water with super thrive should i change? i had extra distilled water from germ so i figured i would use it up. also i am doing the lucas formula with ghmicro and bloom later on but would it be ok just to throw some miracle row on it for now?

Do not use Superthrive on such young seedlings! That stuff is ridiculously concentrated, and should be used sparingly even in later stages of growth. And these plants don't need nutes until they preferably have 3-4 nodes, or about 2-3 weeks into growth. Young seedlings are very easy to overfertilize, so just use water for right now. And I agree with Bozo that you might think about adding a little extra soil to the cup. You can add some right up to the pair of round leaves (cotyledons), which will keep air from stagnating inside the cup and will provide a little extra support for the stem.

ok, first, your plants are too young right now to need any nutes at all, second,
when water is distilled it removes all trace elements so either stop using distilled
water or you're gonna have to add Cal\Mag once you start feeding.

they should be ready for a light feeding in a week, maybe 2, and i mean light,
use about a quarter of the recommended dose at first.

when you do start feeding, go with the Lucas formula rather than MG.

i'm no expert so i can't give you a definitive answer but i will say that it kinda
depends on your style of grow, i ran a SOG with 8 clones each in 27 quart bins
which yielded about 1\4 lb per bin (i harvested a bin every 2 weeks).

if you really want to grow your own weed you need to be motivated enough
to read until your eyes bleed, lol, not literally but you know what i mean.

anyway, heres a couple pics of my DWC bins available at Lowes for $9.99.

    1) note the bin in back with 8x 9oz cups.

    2) my bubble cloner, exactly the same footprint and lid as my DWC's, just
    half as deep.

    3) DWC on the left, cloner on the right, on the beer box.

    4) in the flowering room.

the reality here is that we each have a unique situation which is why it's so
important for you to educate yourself rather than just depending on people
    to answer questions.

keep in mind also that some people will answer your questions with total
sincerity and still they'll be completely wrong.

knowledge is power, once you have it, no-one can ever take it away!

i really have read a ton there is somuch shit online .
but what im doing in my grow is having 3 DWC tubs 6 plants in each scrog grow, my tent will have two chambers i am going to have to make my own cloning buckets because i want my lids on flower and clone buckets to match similar to the set up you got so i can just change the tops when i start flower . In my flower chamber i have 400hps and 8 2500k cfl, and below it in the veg i will have 4-8 4500k cfl. i will run the gh micro and gh bloom nutes in the DWC but im not sure what should use fro the soil -just the same?
o and last but not least i am going to be soiling a few different chron buds but cloning super lemon haze
