Harvest...
So here a couple pics of my plant, There kind of horrible.
However, My question is. I have absoulutly no idea when to harvest them.
Now for anyone who post to this, How much longer do you think It has to go.
It's been in flowering for about 55 days now.
The buds are rather small, Do they swell up?
By the looks of it Im going to get next to nothing off it, *The pics make the buds look alott bigger than they are*
I'm running 4 Full spectrum floro tubes, 2-42 watt Cfls, And 4-26 watt cfls.
Im so unpleased with my first grow.spiked666killer Reviewed by spiked666killer on . Harvest... So here a couple pics of my plant, There kind of horrible. However, My question is. From the leaves it looks like a sativa which could go alot longer. The trichomes are the only way to tell. I can tell you and you are seeing it now, the bigger the light the bigger the buds.
You need to look at it with a magnifying glass or loop to see if the crystal are mostly cloudy. It's the only way to tell.

Text<--Some good pics in there of what to look for...
Looks like a sativa to me also, so don't feel bad about the yield. Sativas do much better outdoors, while indicas will give you those fat colas that you were hoping for indoors. No clue on how much longer it could take... but the buds really fatten up in the last couple weeks of flowering for me. I was also quite pessimistic during my grows, thinking I would not yield much, but in the end I was quite happy
From what you started with, I'd say you are doing very well :greenthumb: Looks like you got the hang of things, and could invest in some real genetics to fit your needs for your next grow.

i agree that those look heavily sativa dominant, also, judging by the pics and
my own experience, i'd say that your plants don't look to be more than a month
into flowering. (get yourself a handheld microscope, at Radio Shack and
Amazon for under $20.00)
do you remember when you put them in? that's important because sativa's,
especially pure sativa's, can take 12 to 14 weeks to finish.
also, don't be discouraged by your first yield, each grow is a learning experience
for the next so, as long as you keep trying, your yields will improve. my own 1st
crop only yielded about 3 grams per plant and now i get about 1\2 ounce per so
a vast improvement. (i run a SOG so my plants are small)
here's a couple of pics of one of my sativas and this one doesn't finish for at least
12 weeks, 14 is even better but it tends to hermie when i take it all the way.
anyway, even with the long wait, it's so good, its worth waiting for, plus, it
yields very well. it's supposed to be Legends High-End
1) 3 ready for the flip, LHE in the middle
2) the LHE about a month in
3) 2 different LHE's at different stages, the one on the right split early into
....3 seperate cola's while the other's did not
4) this is about 8 weeks in, another month to go. (note the lighter for perspective)
5) a view of my 'fruiting chamber' aka my bedroom closet, lol.
anyway, i'll say again, don't be discouraged, try to remember that when you
start at the bottom, you can only go up!
you will do better next time, as long as there is a next time.

I agree with all the above.
You have another 6 to 8 weeks to go. And judging by the looks of their health you will be greatly rewarded for your patiance. Keep temptation at bay:thumbsup:

Look somewhat rootbound to me. Looks like most the leaves are canoeing some.
If you have 6-8 weeks left, you may want to consider transplanting into a bigger container. From what that plant has went through, she's looking good spike.
