I can't tell from photo, but I've seen many, many plants that stay too wet. Probably number one problem with growers. The only way to gauge is to go by weight. From the size of your container and plant I'd guess if you were underwatering they would feel almost empty. Be sure to let them dry out between waterings. They should feel like they lost 50 to 70% of their weight. Good luck.

Troubles hey guys ive just started growing in the last few months and ive encountered my first lot of troubles with the plants. they are on 18 hours of light per day with fair ventelation im mostly concerned that im not watering them enough. in the last 48 hours the leaves have all become significantly more droopy and some have begun to develop brown dots. any input would be greatly welcomed Rating: 5
