On the nutrition facts for the Strip NC the only 2 things i see of any value are Vitamin B12 -- 202mcg (3367%) and Creatine 1000mg

The guy from the store i baught it from said taht i should take it a few hours before before the test while hydrated and then urinate a few times after takeing it and it will create a 5-7 hour window of "clean" urin. The bottle also states that it has "psyllium husk"

Dilution Question Hi, i have read a few pages of the dialution sticky and now have the worst migrane i have in years, i am sorry if these questions are answered in the sticky but i cant force myself to read it anymore ((i have an eye issue)) My first question is will drinking sports drinks (gatoraid) and taking asprin days in advance help to pass the drug test or should i just follow the dilution steps Seccond is do i want vitamin b-2 or vitamin b-12 ((it seems to keep changing throughout the thread)) Rating: 5
