You dont want to take too much of the creatine supps. While theres no upper limit for creatinine levels, going overboard on creatine-loading can result in long periods sitting on the toilet seat.
Keep in mind that there are other sources of creatine (ie red meat, fish).

Doing both the magic potion and the dilution method on the day of the test is not a good idea as it'll increases the chances of sample being overdiluted.

Ok thank you very much for your help, would takeing it 3 days prior to the test help? It has 1000mcg of creatine 202mcg of B12 and 80mg of riboflavin, or is this Magic potion 100%useless shoulda payed my phone bill instead?

while there is no upper limit for the creatine, what is the lower limit, everyone is talking about taking the 500mcg pills whereass i have this powder muxture? Am i wrong in assuming 5g=500mcg? ((and this is creatine monohydrare, dont think it makes a difference))

Creatinine levels are measured in mg/dL. As long as the creatinine level is over 20 mg/dL, its satisfactory. Samples with a creatinine level between 2 - 20 mg/dL are ruled "too-dilute" .

You can always monitor your creatinine levels at home with a validity test strip. These strips also test the specific gravity. These test strips are found dirt cheap by doing a search for drug adulteration test kits on google.com
