That's what I did for the longest time before I finally signed up. Hell, I still mostly just lurk around the forums, reading age-old (and timeless) advice given by the many knowledgeable growers here. The forums here are unbelievably useful for novice and experienced growers alike, so I think you'll find some excellent insight no matter how much experience you've got under your belt.
