Most people will sub but i rather go natural just keep doing it. Sauna will make it go away faster too as it makes u sweat and makes ur metablolism faster. Just remember water exercise and diet. oh and water keep up the good work your treadmill sessions should pay off. just diet though dont starve yourself but for an example eat one serving per meal and stick to 2-3 meals a day. If you have 2 meals a day make em big meals if 3 meals make em small. i Used to be really overweight i lost a lot of people by exercising and dieting and drinking a lot of water. Also if you can theres teas that make your digestive system faster and makes you go go go!!!!
