It has all the civil liberty smashing features taxpayers don't want or can afford and it's coming soon. Carbon Motors has been started by former executives from Ford and I believe Bear Sterns (2 very successful companies, one had to be bought out to prevent bankrupcy, the other is losing about a billion dollars a month) and hope to put this useless money trap into action in the next few years by offering fleet discounts to Rating: 5
