No matter if it is fishing, ice fishing, trapping, hunting, hiking, camping, canoeing or snowshoeing season I am there. It also makes for some great opportunities for growing.
I love it, outdoor recreation is indeed relaxing and it charges the spiritual battery like nothing else out there.
P.S. Fishing gives you an unlimited supply of fertilizer :P Just remember to leave some for the bears. An old timer told me that using weed attracts fish while fishing, lol.

I love it! I don't have my own boat yet, so I just join in fishing tournaments with my old man, who has a badass Ranger. I love getting a good buzz before we launch and watching the sun rise over whatever lake we're on. Can also make not catching any fish (or catching non-keepers all day) much more tolerable.
:S2: Stop giving away trade secrets!

had a great day fishing only caught one fish and some stupid goose that decided it liked the look of the bait, that goose took me 10 mins to get on the bank but luckily it wasn't harmed:thumbsup: another great stoner day, can't wait for next weekend

at first i thought it was a big carp thats what i was fishing for, carp fishing is very popular in the uk, not for eating just pleasure fishing, a great fighting fish, but not as good fight as the goose put up, i was fishing about 120 yards out and the goose stripped of about another 100 yards before i realised what was happening, an idiot watching me told me to just cut the line but thats the worst thing you can do the goose would have just ended up getting wrapped in the line if i had, the goose did manage to give me a good couple of bites which bloody hurt before i managed to wrap it in my unhooking mat and unhook it, it felt good watching it for the rest of the day swimming around as if nothing had happened, and as a goodwill gesture i shared my lunch with it

johnny the whiteshell looks beautiful i would love to fish there:thumbsup:

im usually a spinner kind of guy. but on the lazy days, i just throw a night crawler , sinker and a bobber in the water and wait for some random fish to grab it, be it carp , trout...whatever. those days usually involve alcohol and a lawn chair though. i went out today with the spinners....few bites but i didnt hook any. good time though.

Fishing and getting high is like beer and cigarets!!
I love it because my concentration goes up when i get high and I am able to focus on the feel of the line better.
