Himalaya Gold: 1st grow log (advice appreciated)

    Hey guys and gals,

Just super bored so i figure i'll put up a little post with my plans for next grow and what i want to do different this time.

First of all, let me start with a yield report from this grow. Keep in mind this grow isn't quite over yet. I still have 4 Churches and 3 Himalaya left. My yield suffered pretty bad this time around All the stress from the super harsh soil in the beginning, combined with the need to transplant like fuck gave me a relatively small amount of bud. Hehe although it is really great stuff i would have liked to seen alot more and i think next time i'll be able to double of even triple the harvest.

The 7 plants i have left are the 4 Church that matured slower than the others, and 3 Himalaya Gold, which through some sort of events 2 had started vegging again. Or at least thats what i think has happened. Two of them started budding and looking nice, then all of a sudden it stopped and they grew around a foot more ( lol sorry , i dont know what a foot is in the metric system  ) As a result they are now MASSIVE and needed to be tied up. Lucky to have the big room that i've been blessed with The last Himalaya was one that was in the back of the room during the whole grow and didnt get near as much light as the others, so it hasnt really kickstarted fully yet. Check the pics, the really really big ones are the Himalaya.

I'll be looking forward to only having 10 growing next time. It would have been so much easier getting in and watering them, or trimming them etc.. I figure since this grow worked out i might as well keep going and grow again. Hopefully no one has caught on yet

Well i'd like to thank all the people followed this thread and gave me advice through the rough times this grow. I'll be looking forward to seeing you next time. I'll just post a new thread when i'm ready to go and as always, i'll try and keep you posted Smile

Well here are some pics of the dry and (mostly) cured product and what my closet is looking like now.

They are tooooooo big for an effective indoor grow, I know of several people who have nice outdoor children at are 12' and they are 8' in diameter.

Try them outside, you'll be much happier!

so very true. these girls get HUGE! It was a great experience though, no regrets here  I also think they would have thrived better outdoors... I believe Himalaya Gold is the fastest growing indica GHS has at the moment, thats what made me try it.

It would be a shame to let all this equipment go to waste though

    Happy Smokin

been the biggest outdoor producers I've seen. We're at 2000' elevation on east side of the Sacramento valley.

The only caviots are that they need lots of water and don't handle 100-90F weather well, but they are a very nice product!!!!

Looks like you've done a very nice job!
