They look like they are coming back to life! But yeah, the problem with CFL's and fluoro's is the slow growth. Either switch to HID or get a lot more CFL's... You can probably add on a week or two to flowering times also using just CFL.

The LST might not be a bad idea at the point... They are quite stretched.
