If this is real it's extremely messed up!
Dude runs to cop regarding dude offering him joint...
I really hope this is a skit they had planned together, if not, it's a bit messed up. I'm honestly am not sure what to make of this video.

Yeah, obviously a really unfunny skit. You wouldn't go up to the same guy like 20 times lol
