no one or no where online seems to have methods that can get rid of these flies so i got the vacume cleaner and sucked them all up and then took the top 1 inch of soil off and replaced it with sterilized soil.

Thos flies came from the soil i brought i should have Sterling it before my grow.

My other problem is these tiny black flies that seem to be attracted to the wet soil and water. I also have a 125w maxibright cfl lighting system which has a red spectrum Is this good enough to grow two small top44 plants which are indicas?. They are at the flowering stages. I think i have been over watering them. I have them on 12/12 at the moment and i am at week two of flower. Rating: 5
