Yeah 40 ounces it what the DOT uses too. Usually your fine with 40 ounces if you haven't been drinking lots of fluids in the days prior.

I read somewhere that the DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services) sets a 40 ounces in 3 hour type deal. Not 100% on that one. Would be helpful. Rating: 5
