Well, a friend of mine bought some yardy bud (Popular in London) and it also came with 3 seeds. I got the seeds given to me and was told to just throw them in a plant pot to see how they go and to use Tomato Food to help the grow.

This will be my first grow alone, I currently have no lights etc. and am looking for tips on a cheap grow and hopefully it'll work.
