To be honest I'm not sure .
I don't know if the plants can make enough fresh oxygen on their own at lower CO2 ppm levels to avoid intake / exhaust all together . The person to ask would be Rhizome , and he's not been through here in ages . If you'd like I can email him and ask and post his response here ?

P.S Another added luxury of CO2 at 1250-1500 ppm = CO2 toxcicity happens much sooner to spidermites , fungus gnats , thrips etc... All these lil fukrs die real quick if they find they're way into your room .
