So if I were to A/C a small room and go with a co2 ppm foot print of normal outside or just above I could avoid venting all together ? Or just most of the time ?

I have heard people talk about using Co2 on their plants using tubing and valves to release it. I know Co2 is great for plants in general, but what does it really do to them?
