I am starting my third grow Bubblicious and Aurora Indica both from Nirvana. I have heard people talk about using Co2 on their plants using tubing and valves to release it. I know Co2 is great for plants in general, but what does it really do to them? I have two Co2 tanks at my house not huge just 2 26oz tanks they were used for a paintball gun. I have no problem refilling there is a place that does it up the st. from me and for free:thumbsup:. So here are my main questions

Is it worth using these canisters to release Co2 on my plants or is it just a waste?

Is there a valve that i can just attach to the top of the tank and release the Co2 slowly, instead of using tubing and a more complex system?

I don't have a huge grow op just 2 or three plants at a time. Can anyone provide some advice? I can put some pictures up of the 2 Co2 canisters if people need a picture to understand what I am talking about. And for anyone that responds to this thanks for taking the time out to help an up and coming grower.
