Everybody gets nervous the first time. I did too. But it really is quite easy. You're better off to pickup a bottle of synthetis urine if you can. They already come with a good bottle and a temp strip to keep the temp right. And the temp is really the ownly issue. Just practice at home and you'll find you can keep the temp in range for a couple hours just preheating and storing it in your crotch.

I've been smoking about 4-5 times a week for the last couple of weeks. The last time I smoked was April 12 (sunday). Of course on April 13 I got a call from my employer telling me that I have the job as long as I pass the required drug test. I have to take the test on April 24th. Since April 13 I have been drinking water steadily and working out close to every day as well as hitting up the sauna. ( I'm 5'11, 155, with an extremely fast metabolism) Rating: 5
