high use of morning glories in excessive amounts at least can cause ergot poisoning or st. anthonys fire, a disease that can cause hallucinations, gangrene, and other bad shit. im not too sure about using them in low doses a couple times a week im willing to bet it would be like using acid excessively and you could probably go schizo or somthing but thats just my opinion im not too sure.

200-500 is a high dose i wouldnt exceed 500 i took 400 and puked my ass off but 2 of my friends did the same and only puked once or not at all and tripped good.

My friend does 400 about twice a week, sometimes 3 times. He never has indigestion with it. He makes it in a tea and his seeds are completely untreated.

I'm alot fatter then him.

If he starts to get really bad cramps in his legs, thats a sign that he's doing it to often. The pain is from Constriction of blood vessles, and its said that in very high doses that morning glories(and HBWR seeds) can cause ergotism (though ive never actually heard of anyone getting ergotism from them.), which can lead to gangreen(not sure i spelled it right), which can lead to loss of extremities... But the cramping is just an early warning sign, nothing to worry about.
