Advice (Plants Sad and on the verge of death maybe)

So When I watered it I guess I might have not dretched it.. Anyway, the weather has been hell.. When I say that I mean 100 degress.. I looked at the plant today AND BANG BOOM!!! I gave it very little water Yesterday.. thought it was enough. How much do you give it??

I replanted it in normal soaked dirt.. Will it Survive?? And When I replanted it I took the whole sponge out which exposed roots and tore off another root. FML!

I didn't know these plants were so sensitive!

I would have just planted the sponge with the roots intact....

Advice (Plants Sad and on the verge of death maybe) I planted my Afgan Kush Plant, and while attempting to take its roots out of the sponge, I think I ripped some roots so just planted it like that with the sponge.. Not to mention the roots were exposed for a pretty good time.. This is its second day planted, I will kick my own ass if it dies but how can I keep it alive. Also this soil doesn't look best should I mixed it with dirt? I want to leave it like this in the pot for maybe a week then worry about changing the soil. Soil Rating: 5
