The location won't be a problem, but unless that Dewalt is using a fluorescent bulb, it's not going to be very useful and will likely cause your seedling to stretch more than you want. Get a couple of CFL's on it as soon as you can, and keep the light as close to the leaves as you can without burning them.

To add to that, get some 6500K (Daylight) CFL's....You can get a 4 pack for like $10 at a hardware store of some sort, or even wal-mart ($13).....Looking at the size of the space 4 CFL should be plenty good to get some NICE bud, so long as you can control the heat problems (if any)...Pick up a couple of Y splitters from wal-mart ($1.88) and you can run 2 CFL off each splitter!!
