Start with a high fiber diet with some metamucil, exercise. 3 days before UA switch to a red meat with fat diet and stop all exercise. Fat cells take about 30 days to recycle.Thats why its so hard for some of us fat people to get clean.
If you can try and pickup some cheap thc test strip online and test yourself a couple days before the UA.
Or you can just avoid all this hassle and sub with synthetic urine.
