First time to do a small set up - Answers needed

so let me get this right.....

you have had a few big runs. and now you want to setup a home rig.

you don't know why someone told you to use a 400W instead of a 600W light.

you make no mention of cooling. wonder if this could be a concern?

Right - for this size set up:- (I am putting my asumtions in brackets)
How long to run the water (To come on 20 minutes before light and keep on for 70% of light hours)

wtf does this mean?
