Pic's are not very good. Seems with that type of system the roots would clog it up. It may not seem like it is but can you open it to see ? What do roots look like. What nutrients are you using ? 20-20-20 does not sound good.

A bro of mine wanted to try a dif way of drip where the open drip line was put into the bottom of the netpot. We started with well rooted clones. A month went by and not much growth but looked healthy. Then root rot set in and we could not nail it down. We did away with the drip and just went bubblers and over came the rot. However it would of taken another month to recover so we scrapped the grow having more rooted clones ready. Upon taking the old plants out we found the main root of each plant had grown up into the 1/4 inch drip line 2 to 4 inches. Barely any water coming out but enough to keep the plant healthy but restricted bad. Like Bonsai.

Hydro is just so much better and faster for me. Maybe check out some grow logs. Help is here we just need more info.
