It says that it has controlled released feeding for up to 3 month's. My question is if it would be ok to add some of the perlite (MG) to what i already have now? And also since i just transplanted 2 days ago, can i mix in the 1 to 3 ratio of perlite without having to take the plant out of it's pot again? I really hate transplanting. It makes me nervous that i'm gonna screw the plant up. Thanks in advance to anyone else that can answer this for me. Appreciated as always.
I don;t really feel that i know enough to form my own opinion on this... but I know I have read in some of the soil basic growing info that you should avoid soil that has time-released nutes in it... some grow logs i've read about people using soil with time-released nutes in it they always end up having to flush their soil to correct Ph problems or nute burn problems.... that being said, I have also seen lots of successful grow logs using varying types of MG soil, so I;m sure you'll do fine, I would just keep a watchful eye on your soil Ph and nute problems.
