(1600x3) + (3000) = 7800 Lumens for a 18x19 Inch box which is about 4"8 Tall.

if you did add those 23W, assuming they are 1600 lumens, then you still fall a tad short of this.

10,000 / 2.375 = 4210.53

According to the average lumen count, it seems to be more than enough.
and the bottom leaves are the same color as the tops.

Either this is a sativa plant or something else is wrong.

average lumen count?

are you referring to 5000 lumens per sq ft?

if so you aren't quite there. if my math is correct.....

18" = 1.5' and 19" = 1.58' so 1.5' x 1.58' = 2.375 sq ft.

7800 lumens / 2.375 sq ft = 3284.21 lumens per sq ft.

even so, that doesn't really have anything to do with your plant stretching so much as light placement does. for CFLs you should be between 1-4".

where did your mazar seed come from?

mazar is 80% indica. it's a F1 (afghani (mazar-i-shariff)) crossed with a skunk #1.

you shouldn't give nutes until you have alternating nodes. ~4-5.

it looks like you have a pH problem (as shown in the picture with the canoeing leaves).

do you know what your pH is?

that's all i can think of at the moment.
