Transplant gone rong
It'll probably slow growth down for just a little bit, while the roots get acclimated back into their new home, especially if 30% of the roots were broken off of the rootball (not sure if that's what you meant)... but it shouldn't kill it. Some of the leaves may also start to contort a little, which is normal. You might consider adding a drop of Superthrive per gallon of water for the next couple of waterings while you wait it out.
