It'll probably slow growth down for just a little bit, while the roots get acclimated back into their new home, especially if 30% of the roots were broken off of the rootball (not sure if that's what you meant)... but it shouldn't kill it. Some of the leaves may also start to contort a little, which is normal. You might consider adding a drop of Superthrive per gallon of water for the next couple of waterings while you wait it out.

Take care.
Mr. Clandestine Reviewed by Mr. Clandestine on . Transplant gone rong Today when i was transplanting my plant i kind of messed the root system up. However the majority of the root system stayed intact(about 70% of it). Have plants ever died from this? Rating: 5
