okay i am a bit nervous i have to take a urine test for a job from labcorp i am 5'6'' and i am an ocassional smoker i smoked last last weekend on friday and saturday and from sunday till now about 12 days i have been taking cranberry pills drinking cranberry juice drinking a lot of water excercising and going in the steam room i weigh 135 pounds and have a fast metobolism i have my drug test tommorow so that makes it 13 days i took about 5 first check drug tests at home and passed all of them the last 3 i took had a faint line but the two i took after had a nice visible line i am nervous i need this job willi pass

thats one of those things where if you have to ask, the answer is probably no.

this is something that has baffled me for years....if you know you have a drug test, or even know that a drug test is a remote possibility....why on earth would you do drugs!!?!?!!? i just dont get it. whats the best way to pass a drug test? dont do drugs.

Drinking liquids in the days before the test or taking cranberry tablets is not going to help rid your body of more thc.

You say you have good metabolism and are 5'6 135. You say that you were an occasional smoker last smoking 12 days ago. This is all encouraging.

If your test is tomorrow quit exercising. Eat lots of red meat to raise your creatinine levels (i don't think it would be worth it to start a creatine supplement... you don't have much time - up to you).

How much diluting did you do when you took the tests? Read the dilution sticky, and substitute a sports drink for some of the water.

If you've already passed a couple home tests you should be good. Cut back on fluid intake till the morning and then maybe do a light dillute of 24 ounces of gatorade. Pee a couple times and then use your midstream piss for the UA.
