suzieque, I was hoping you would reply as I have seen you help ALOT of people here! I checked the B complex I bought.....the rioflavin is 1.7 mg per serving or 100% the daily dose in one pill.

Thanks for the advice on the aspirin. I will not take any as it does not agree with me anyway.

As for the creatine supplement, I have no clue what it is or does. Is this something I can buy in a department store here as I won't have the time to buy it online. Is there a dose on it like the b complex vitamins?

I tested myself with a home THC test and failed. I am going to go with the dilution sticky and have condensed this to what I believe is the best way to go.
