I worry about the 10x the daily dose with the B2 or BComplex being misunderstood as taking 10 pills or something! My BComplex has 1,176% the daily value of Riboflavin (B2). One pill will turn my urine a nice vitamin yellow in about an hour.

Eating red meat is fine, but I would think taking a creatine supplement (with or without eating the red meat) is a good idea. Start the supplement about 2 days before.

The aspirin foiled an old EMIT test and may not help anymore with the tests used in 2009. Aspirin is cheap and it won't hurt you to take it, but I'm not convinced of its effectiveness.

Best of luck!
