I looked again at my BComplex and it is called "Super BComplex" so that explains why my B2 (Riboflavin) is so much higher than yours. I guess you really would have to take 10 pills to match it. That still worries me, cos theres lots more in the pill than just B2. Like my pill contains 25mg niacin... if I popped 10 of mine, I'd definitely feel it! Just be careful. Too much of anything (except maybe weed! :rasta: is not good for you). Practice a little and see how many it takes to color your urine.

Like Killerweed said, creatine supplements can be purchased at any drug store/Walmart in the vitamin/muscleman section. There are lots of options, powder, pills, etc. I went with the pills. Creatine manufacturers itself into creatinine, which we have naturally in our urine. When we dilute, our creatinine is lower, making a red flag that we have overhydrated ourselves possibly trying to trick the test. When your urine has higher amounts of creatinine, even after dilution the creatinine levels should be within a normal amount, and you pass that part of the test! Same with the sports drink instead of some of the water, to help increase specific gravity with your heavily diluted sample.
