Rep. Earl Jones introduced 2 bills to the NC General Assembly on 9 Apr 09 to legalize cannabis for medicinal purposes in NC. You can read about it here Contact Officials - NORML There are also links to the text of the bills and a form you can fill out to contact your representatives and encourage them to support the bills.
