Its ridicules that they are even trying to prevent filibustering, when the republicans rejected far more nominees when Clinton was in office, and when in fact Bush has had the largest amount of accepted nominees of any president in the past 25 years! So obviously this is the least amount of filibustering that has gone on in the past 25 years...
So apparently the Republicans can dish it out, but they can't take it.

I completely agree that this is simply yet another calculated effort by the Bush administration to gain as close to absolute power as is possible in the United States.
