Best thing you could have done is not cut off all the leaves, not transplanted right away. You should have the soil up to the brim and then it will compact slowly so that only about 1 inch of the pot is showing, looks like you have 3-4 inches. NOT A GOOD IDEA, but you can let her fill out then just dump more soil under her instead of going to a bigger pot.

Looks like there were more problems than under watering. Some good advice, get some soil that will hold moisture. Sandier shit won't do, I use MG and love it. Clones love it too. But find some soil that works best with you.

But cutting the leaves off is probably the worst thing you could have done at this point in time. IMO
