need help as much as possible

I am a big guy 350 and 5'11. I smoked on sunday about 8 times in the day. (8 hits) and i am wondering if i can pass a swab by now. Im not sure on how it works or if i have to do a vinniger or a bleach sandwich (2 drops of bleach on sandwich worked once for me). I need to know what to do and how to go about everything

Seems they may not be that accurate! High Times did an article long time back- they got a positive reaction to ordinary tea and some other substances, but not pot! I'm sure the tests have improved since then. However, if you do fail, abstain from pot , show them the studies , and demand a retest!
