it can show up as pcp in drug tests, it'll be in your system for like 3 day. enough aceteminophen will kill a person, and it will be a painful death as all your iternal organs overheat and shut down. as a rule id say avoid tripping on any product that has any active ingredient other than dxm (dextromethorphan).
