I see no evidence of a 'pH problem' ... in fact, they look pretty good, considering your small lights ... the soil looks a bit too compact, and wet ... next time, add more perlite to the soil ... sometimes, the leaves get 'crinkled' as they emerge from the shell, and the overall plant will grow normally as it adds new leaves ... sometimes, they continue to grow 'weird' :wtf:, just happens ... don't start adding things to 'correct' it, wait it out, and see if the plant doesn't fix itself ... the majority of the problems I see, were caused by trying to 'improve' the plant ... be patient, don't overfeed, or overwater ... imitate nature, don't 'overlove' your plant ... you really need more light than what you're presently using, though ... but, this is a learning experience, there's nothing better, good luck !
