The Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office announced Wednesday afternoon it has
dropped criminal charges against a local medical marijuana patient.
Olalla resident Glenn Musgrove, 56, was accused of unlawful use of a
building for drug purposes. A WestNET report said that one of Musgrove's
neighbors reported the marijuana grown for medicinal treatment was being
sold for profit.
Musgrove's caregivers, David May and Jena Milo, were also facing
prosecution.
All charges were dismissed.
"After looking over the case, we've decided we will not proceed," said
Felony and Juvenile Division Chief Tim Drury. "We do not think we can
convince a jury of his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt."

Clayton Longacre was on that case.Like I have posted before,You can't go wrong with Longacre or Weaver in Kitsap County.
Hell I would hire any one of them if I were in King or Pierce County.

I just hope the DA and the sheriff is getting the message. We'll try to get on the juries every chance we can and find these cases not guilty.
This is really the easiest way for us common citizens to have a say. Just get on the jury, any time anyone is charged with a drug possesion charge, not guilty.

Good News For Kitsap
Yakima:
Do not get Chad Dole.He will be a conduit for threats from Prosecutors office.
He did get someone off but he tried to scare them into a plea firts.
In Yakima or any Eastern Washington area you have to prepare to go all the way to the Supreme Court. You can get a bad decision in the Superior Court and the district III court of Appeals. This is new precedence territory,Meaning Law enforcement loves to create new case law with some hokey redneck ruling,by some redneck judge.Attorney's there like to get the patients to drop their jury trials and leave the call in the hands of the redneck Judges.
Do not give up your right to a jury trial anywhere. You saw what a jury did in Kitsap county.Plus you need to file the correct paperwork to get anything back that was confiscated.
In King County a 250,000 dollar judgement was settled out of court, for violations of search and seizure laws.If a state takes the marijuana they have to give it back if you are found innocent. If the state gives it to the feds, you have them nailed.
Most Redneck Counties are not being held liable for illegal seizures. The Attorneys out there in the redneck counties are not keeping up with the current events of medical marijuana.
