Hey not quite sure what you were saying there dude. Anyways, I'm assuming that you mean your problem is that the lower leaves on the plant are turning yellow. This is because the upper leaves are blocking the light that can get to that part of the plant, so the leaves die. Nothing to worry about as long as the upper part is healthy. In fact, I pull off the lower yellow leaves on my plant as soon as I see them.

This doesn't happen in nature because sunlight is much brighter than anything one can muster in his closet lol

I wouldn't worry about the yellow leaves, but "little buds and seeds"????

    Male or hermie.

Keep it well away from your females or throw it away.

if the leaves come off with a light tug then pull them off. otherwise i would let them be.

Takes about 4 to 5 weeks minimum for viable seeds. Harvesting any sooner and you'll risk undercooked genetics. (seeds that aren't quite right genetically, or don't germinate)

Depends on the age of the plant and other insignificant stuff, but the yellowing is from the plant being in flower and using-up the nutrients, and all the other crap that fan leaves store. (leaves are a nutrient/chemical storehouse) Were it strictly from lack of light, we wouldn't get secondary buds.
