10-15% extra perlite (largest chunks I can find) during winter months. Keeps the soil from retaining too much water, otherwise I'd have to change my water/nute schedules.
During the summer months though...I add nothing. (I live in the desert, so retaining water is a bonus) Occationally I'll throw-in some worm castings, (1 tablespoon per 5 gallon pot, mixed-in well at transplant) but it's not a necessary purchase. I just happen to have around ten pounds of the stuff, and am slowly getting rid of it. (the Filthy Rich soil, and the Big Bloom already have castings in it)

Molasses is theoretically a bulking agent, as is Botanicare Sweet. Gives the plant 'usable' sugars, carbon, and various other elements, but you'll want to be careful with overdoing-it. Molasses can adversely affect ph, and can cause you more problems. Using it on stressed plants is not recommended.
Again...I've got it, and occationally use it on healthy underperformers...but am not overly convinced that it's necessary in a healthy garden. Opinions differ on this, so I expect some retaliation, lol.
