Newbie lighting question

Okay so i got 4- 30 watt CFLs Givin off about 30k lumens or so in my 2'x2'x4' box.

What height do i start the lights at when the plant first starts and through the vegg stage, flowing stage?

Also recommended light hours through these stages???


How long will each stage last?
How will I know?
