You'll get a combination of results. Some seeds will be just like dad, some will take after mom. Some will be dad-dominant, some will have mom-dominant characteristics. Some will be a 50-50 split. The only way to tell is to grow-out the seeds, and select the plants that have the characteristics you want to try and continue. It also depends on how stable the original genetics are.

There is no set formula to follow, unless you really want to get into breeding. (back-crossing, selective breeding, femming...)
