Clearly prohibition of any substance by the federal government is unconstitutional. But how do you enforce the law? Are we going to make a citizens arrest of all out legislatures and executive branch of the government?
This is the problem. These assholes know they are violating the constitution and they also know there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.
