    Got a test next Mon

    I just found out today. I smoked (very light) a few one hitters Sat night. I am 6ft 3 in and weigh 240 lbs. What are the my best options? The test can check for creatine and diluted tests and all the detox drinks dilute the tests. I have no intentions on using again just a slip up. I have been reading about all the myths about drinking water and sweating but apparently that is not the proper way to approach this. Should I work out heavy and eat light meals?

    how much did you smoke before Saturday's couple of hits?

    You can exercise til a couple of days before your test, then start taking a creatine supplement and enjoy a fatty diet. Drinking lots of liquids in the days before the test does nothing to rid your body of more thc.

    Water is an appetite substitute, so drinking a lot of water helps intake of calories to go down. With the average intake of your daily calories decreasing and with the help of exercise you begin to lose fat. Losing fat is the key because THC is stored in the fat. So yes, drink lots and do some exercise (running is really good)

    Also eating small snacks every couple hours help raise your metabolism and burn more fat. Always eat breakfast, it's the most important meal of the daily because it jump starts your metabolism. Also eat slower at your meals, it allows the mind to acknowledge that you have food in your system and for the food to expand. My brother will always took like 20 mins to eat a sandwich and not feeling the need to eat more. If youâ??re hungry eat a little snack and donâ??t starve yourself (your body will think it needs to go into survival mode and your metabolism will go down A LOT)

    If sat is the only time you've smoked in the last month you'll probably be ok. Read the dillution sticky.

    Im on probation and have been clean for a year plus. I hit two one hitters of the funk Fri (sorry I was wrong) and one hit off a piece on Sat. I was told to jog, drink lots of water, and take AZO standards

    a one time high on an otherwise thc free body takes 3-5 days to test clean. You should be fine. Get a home test and see!

    Thanks for the advice. 7 more months and Im done w/ this crap.
